Shipping & Returns
Orders are sent within three days upon receiving payment. All goods will be well packed and secured and sent via Slovenian Post (Pošta Slovenije).
International orders are sent via Standard Priority Shipping which is always tracked. I will send you your tracking number so that you can see where your parcel is at any given time.
Please note that now, during COVID-19 time, shipping times are much longer than usual and I am very grateful to my clients for their trust in postal services and their patience.
Returns & Refund
There is a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be clean, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me here or at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, I'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders and digital products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Ownership of the artwork: Who actually owns the artwork?
I, Nina Špolar - Nini, retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me at email@example.com. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be reproduced without my written permission.
